Still in case, you are not satisfied with our offering, you can get a refund by returning us the product within 7 days of its receipt. Kindly take a note of following REFUND conditions:
1.Items must be in new condition.
2.It should be with original packaging and accessories.
3.Only the order amount will be refunded - freight/shipping fees for the return will be at your own expense.
4.Refund process can take up to 15 days once the parcel is fully returned.

Defective items:
If you receive a broken or a defective item, please email us on help@hoWme.in, within 3 days of the receipt of your order. Make sure to include the following in the email:
1.Your Name
2.Your order number.
3.Brief about the defect
4.A picture clearly showing the defect
We will get the package picked up at our expense and refund the entire amount or exchange the ordered item as per your requirement.

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform.
